Tyler Williamson

Founder

Tyler founded Immaculata Construction Group in 2018, bringing a lifelong connection to construction and a hands-on leadership approach to every project. Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, he grew up around job sites, gaining early trade experience and a practical, ground-up understanding of commercial construction.

He leads projects with a strong focus on problem solving, coordination, and accountability, working through complex scopes and tight schedules while staying actively involved throughout the process. He values clear communication, strong relationships, and delivering quality work that supports clients and the local community.

Tyler earned his BS from Southern Illinois University and his MS from the University of Tennessee. He lives in Knoxville with his wife and four children.

Reed Bacon

Managing Partner

Reed serves as a Managing Partner of the Immaculata Construction Group. Brining 10 years of management, business development, human resources, and talent acquisition, across multiple industries. Reed was born and raised in Knoxville, meeting Tyler when they were both freshman at Catholic Highschool.

As a people person, Reed will bring his care and passion for others in building relationships across the East Tennessee community, creating a purpose driven culture, and supporting all employee matters.

Reed earned his BS from the University of Tennessee and lives in Knoxville with his wife; he is also the founder & owner of Bacon Junk Removal.

Mark Williamson

Executive

Mark brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to Immaculata Construction Group, including over 35 years with J.A. Fielden Co., where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary overseeing all fiscal and administrative functions of the company. After retiring from Fielden, he joined the ICG team, bringing decades of financial leadership and industry knowledge to the growing firm.

He began his career with Ernst and Whinney and worked in real estate development before entering the construction industry. His depth of experience in construction finance and administration provides a strong foundation that supports the company’s operations and long-term growth.

Mark earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He lives in Knoxville and enjoys working alongside his son.

Casey O'Neal

Vice President of Operations

Casey was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and brings a strong work ethic and hands-on mindset to every project. A tradesman by craft, he isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done right.

As Vice President of Operations and a project manager, he supports day-to-day operations while staying closely involved in the field. He is dependable, focused on delivering quality work through teamwork, and willing to take on any challenge.

Casey earned his BS from the University of Tennessee. He lives in Knoxville with his wife and 4 children.

Keith Pierce

Senior Superintendent

Keith serves as Senior Superintendent, bringing more than 40 years of commercial construction experience to every project. An East Tennessee native, he has spent much of his career traveling across the country, developing a deep, hands-on understanding of every facet of the construction process along the way.

He leads projects from start to finish, managing scopes ranging from $3 million to $40 million across a wide variety of facilities, including multi-story storage buildings, retail centers, assisted living communities, and large-scale industrial and process facilities. He is known for his reliability and strong communication with owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and engineers. Above all, he is committed to delivering quality work with pride, integrity, and safety.

Keith lives just outside of Knoxville with his wife.

Ian Collins

Assistant Superintendent

Ian serves as Assistant Superintendent, bringing a plumbing background and a practical, trade-based understanding of construction to every project. Growing up in Trenton, Tennessee, he developed a hands-on approach early and carries that field experience into his work today.

He is known for his others-first attitude and incredible attention to detail, supporting crews and project teams, and making sure nothing gets overlooked. His combination of technical knowledge and genuine care for the people around him makes him a steady, dependable presence on every job site.

Ian earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
